Identifying your customers is very important when starting your business. Knowing who you are selling to will assist in the marketing of your business. When identifying the customers keep in mind business or professional status, education and economic level, age, gender, geography, lifestyle. If another business, how big are they? What do they sell? and what else do they buy?
