Operations

Identifying the operations section of your business helps put a physical touch to your business. In the operations section you must identify: where your business will be located, why it is located there, how much will the facilities cost, what equipment is necessary, how much will it cost, who is going to help you run this business, do you need employees, what skills do you need to look for, how will you recruit them and how will you pay them?
